Sensors of the STS type series are characterized by a temperature curve which is very similar to the (already partially terminated) KTY sensors, and offer an alternative solution. The STS1 is an alternative to KTY84-130, and is standardly available in the shrink-tube or dimensionally stable PPS housing package.

When handling the STS, there is no need to pay attention to a polarity reversal. Therefore, both strand cables are made in white by standard. These components are insensitive towards ESD.
